I like most of the Keto hot cereals. Better with soy milk. Easy to add flax to as well.

I bought the Banana Nut. I thought it was very good. It didn't fill me up though, I was hungry within the hour.

Pros:

warm on cold mornings, nutty texture, great change
Cons:
a little aftertaste
If you are tired of eggs and meat, this may be a great change. It is warm and toasty. I made mine with a splash of cream to give it some "oomph". Ive tried several flavors and like them all. It isnt quite oatmeal, but it is the closest lowcarb version that I have found! Also tried the banana nut flavor- also good!

I tried the Apple Cinnamon. The taste was quite good, but there was something in it that had the consistancy of straw. I think it was wheat husks. I had to pick those out because I felt like I was grazing.
Other than the straw, it was quite good. Especially with a little cinnamon and Splenda sprinkles on top.

Pros:

A decent oatmeal substitute
Cons:

Weird texture and aftertaste
I've only tried the traditional oatmeal, which is already quite sweet, but is nice to have with a bit of cream. I wouldn't eat this everyday, but it is nice to have it as an option on a cold morning. The texture is a bit gluey, and there is a bid of an aftertaste, but overall not bad.

GAG ME! I tried the old fashioned oatmeal and it tasted NOTHING like oatmeal. Horrible. I will stick to my flax meal cereal. I even wrote to the company I was so annoyed with the cost of this product once I tried it. I was thinking maybe I could make dog bisquits with it??

FINALLY something other than eggs with cheese and a side of bacon for breakfast or a chemical tasting breakfast bar. I have tred only 2 flavors, blueberry and strawberry. I prefer the blueberry over the strawberry. Both are very good. I'm looking forward to trying the apple cinnamon flavor. YUUMMMMMM!!!

I only tried the original flavor. My best description is: saw dust with splenda and butter. Yuck!

It's really fast and easy to make.
Cons:

The glue-like consistancy...
I bought this on clearance from the Vitamin shop for 1.50 + tax. I got the "bannana nut" flavor.
It's very quick to make and the thickness is very good. It does have a strange aftertaste and is a lot like paste in it's consistancy. Other than that, it isn't bad. Certainly not as disgusting as some other fake hot cereals I have had - but not as good as the real thing.
