These cookies are very good and taste like the Biscotti I remember as a kid. The new formula seems to be more consistant. In the past I sometimes got some that were "cakey" and others that were crispy. The only thing I don't like is that the sugar alchohol (maltitol), though listed in the ingredients, is not given a carb count.
