Description: Now you can enjoy crispy, crunchy fried chicken, fish, shrimp, pie crusts and much, much more...without all the carbs! With just 3 grams of carbs in each oz. (enough to coat 4 — 6 oz. pieces of chicken), Keto Crumbs are a real low carb bargain; especially when you consider typical high carb breadings contain 20 grams of carbs per ounce! Plus Keto Crumbs are higher in protein than all other crumb coatings. Keto Crumb's whopping 13 grams of protein per oz. deliver much faster and fuller hunger satisfaction.

Available in Original, Italian, and Cajun.

Pros: Gives a good breading.
Cons: not quite like the real thing though.

I got the Italian crumbs and made fried fish with it, and it turned out great! My non-lowcarb boyfriend fought to eat them all before me!

Tried both a single and double coating to test crispiness, and it's more than fine with just one coat. Crispy, but needed a little salt. I'm looking forward to breading chicken and some cheesesticks with it. Pretty good stuff really.

Pros: you can use it on anything needing a coating
Cons: none I can think of

I have used this as my coating on fried chicken, fried fish, etc and it came out fabulous. Just make sure you season it well.
