Cons: Higher carb counts than other baked items. Expensive. It's probably a good thing these are so expensive; otherwise I'd eat them too fast. They have more carbs than the muffins and most breads, but the taste is very, very good. I didn't notice any soy or protein aftertastes. All I noticed was rich, chewy brownie taste. I was pleasantly surprised at how good they were. While the carb count is higher than I normally eat for a treat, it got me through the event without a cheating.
