They remind of a low carb cinnamon twists from Taco bell. That is my opinion but you must keep them sealed or they will lose their krisp. A great idea though! Tastes similar to Taco Bell Cinnamon Crisps. I make my own now with butter, splenda and cinnamon. Much cheaper and easy to make.
