Pros:
Relatively good taste for a lowcarb bread, v. low net carbs for a slice
Cons:
a little on the tough side
I tried the Seeds and Nuts version of this bread and found it to be very good - especially as toast. In my pre-low carb life, I tended to like this type of bread, so, that may be a bias. I've tried several low-carb breads, though, and this one is my favorite so far.

Pros:
The thought of a piece of bread on a low carb plan!
Cons:
Weird taste, texture and ridiculous price
This was the first loaf of low carb bread I braved to try. I was so excited to get it, but that excitement quickly faded after the first bite. It has an awful chemical-like taste and a spongy-chewy texture. Tastes nothing like any bread I've ever tasted. Toasting it does help get rid of the sponginess (somewhat).

their website is very decieving, looks like a regular loaf, but in fact, it is like a quarter size of real bread, unhappy with taste and carb content also
