Pros: great taste, decent price
Cons: nothing on the two i tried

I really love the atkins steak sauce...it tastes almost identical to hienz 57. (dont get it if you dont like hienz, it does not taste like A-1)

The ketchup is pretty good also, kinda sweet, but best i have tried out there :D

Pros: taste
Cons: consistency

I like both the Atkins Ketch-A-Tomato ketchup and the Atkins steak sauce. Both taste good to me, but the ketchup is very thick and hard to pour from the bottle - a squeeze type bottle would be nice. The steak sauce is the opposite - very thin, and I often pour way too much out of the bottle.

Pros: Tastes pretty close to ketchup
Cons: Kind of sweet

So far this is my favorite LC ketchup (only tried one other one, though). It is a bit sweet but tastes pretty much like ketchup. I will buy again.

Pros: sub for sugary sauces
Cons: pricey

I've only tried the ketch-a-tomato and the teriaki and I've liked them both. I would buy them both again.

Pros: well, it's ketchup, i guess
Cons: sharp, vinegar like taste

I am a ketchup lover. Can't take my burgers without it. I was prepared, after reading many reviews to love it. Heard it tasted like Heinz, but it doesn't compare to me at all. Awfully sharp, vinegar like taste, not sweet enough. I'll pass and use a minimal amount of the real thing and count the carbs, I guess

Pros:
Cons: Very sweet and chemical taste

Although it looks and pours like BBQ sauce, it certainly doesn't taste like it. It is entirely too sweet and doesn't taste natural at all. I have resorted to using a super small amount of regular BBQ sauce instead of this stuff.

Pros: Tangy
Cons: Doesn't taste like "real" BBQ sauce

It has a flavor different than regular BBQ sauce, almost citrusy. My entire family loves it on chicken breast, shrimp and lil' smokies. If you are looking for traditional BBQ sauce, this isn't your answer. If you are looking for another dimension of flavor to add to your cooking arsenal, this is your answer. Yummy.

Pros: Very tasty
Cons: More expensive than regular steak sauces

Atkins Steak Sauce and Marinade is very good! It has a sweet and tangy taste that compliments your steak very well without overpowering it. I use this sauce in my Beef Skillet recipe. Love it!

Pros: Good Taste for Ketchup and Steak
Cons: The glass bottle for Ketchup

The Ketchup is great on burgers without the bun. The steak sauce really is great. We use the BBQ for grilling chicken. It comes out very tasty.

Pros: Taste, texture
Cons: price

While Ketch-A-Tomato tastes pretty good to me, and I won't eat a hamburger without it, the price could be a bit better. The bottle is rather small for the price, IMO.

Pros: Good for marinades
Cons: Doesn't taste much like the real thing

Here's what I realized after I started doing Atkins: I used to love steak and chicken because I liked the taste of sugar-rich, starchy BBQ sauces and marinades that go with them. Eating steak without this stuff is kinda like eating burgers without the ketchup or the bun - certainly doable, but you feel like a bit like a lion on the discovery channel gnawing on a freshly caught antelope. A little too primitive for me.

Anyway, enter Atkins ketchup, and the "things to put on meat" sauces/marinades. The ketchup is spicy - I like that a lot, and the different taste is often disguised by what you eat it with (put it on a burger, for example, and it doesn't taste bad - put it on your finger, and it does.) I have a non-Atkins roommate who prefers this ketchup over the real thing, so try it, you might love it.

As far as the other sauces, they're decent for marinating - of which the whole purpose is to tenderize the meat and flavor it a bit - but like almost anything else Atkins throws at you, these are substitutes for what you really wish you were eating, and that's exactly how they taste.

Pros: great tomato sauce...low carbs
Cons: price!!

Well never being a big fan of ketchup...until it was off limits, this product was most welcome.
The price is ridiculus mind you.....waiting for Heinz's version to come out.
Great tomato taste......doesn't taste like "normal" ketchup but has a more adult flavour to it.

Pros: great taste
Cons: price

I just tried the Teriyaki sauce. It was great! I put it on grilled chicken breasts and it was a big hit. Even my 7 year old daughter loved it, and she's an incredibly picky eater.

Pros: Now we can have some sauce with all that meat!
Cons: bit costly, but then found it on sale

The Ketch-a-Tomatoe was great - a little spicy and thick. The BBQ is all right, but still doesn't compare to the real thing. The Teriyaki was is very good! I love stirfry and needed my sweet asian sauce, used this and added a bit of Splenda and LOVED it.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Flavor, price, nausea

Try putting this garbage on a burger and taking a huge bite with nothing but high expectations. Major bummer dude!!

What blows my mind, is that some taste testing panel would actually say, "Hey this crap will sell! You know, it does taste like ketchup with a slight tinge of bile."

Another loser from Atkins. They have some good products, however, when they screw up, they take it to the next level.

For the love of God and for self-preservation, do not purchase or attempt to injest this disgusting attempt at a great American condiment.

Pros: yum yum
Cons: cost

I really like the teryaki sauce on skewered chicken breast. Add a little red pepper flakes for a kick!

Pros:
Cons:

The Steak sauce and the bbq sauce were awful. They made me angry for paying so much for them. The Ketchup wasnt that bad, kinda like spicy ketchup with the consistancy of applesauce. I havent tried the teriyaki because I have never cared for it.

Pros:
Cons: Yucky

Ketch-a-tomato....gross. Sorry to those who like it. It's way too thick. It's okay if you are mixing it in with something you're cooking, but definitely NOT good on a burger. ugh. I'll stick to plain thanks.

Pros: Ketchup tastes great
Cons: No Squeeze bottle, need a buffalo sauce!

I used to be a ketchup junkie. If my hamburger wasn't soaked in ketchup, I wouldn't eat it. I really like the Atkins alternative to Ketchup. It's not exactly like Heinz, it's a little "kickie'er" but it's definitely light years above Hunts which I always thought was wretched. I love that this is thick and spicy. I even brought the bottle w/me to Friday's to pour on my bunless burgers! It was GREAT! I use it on everything I used to put Heinz on.

BBQ Sauce - Definitely not bad. Not like the usual BBQ sauce I've known to love, but it's still a good alternative. Seems to have more of a vinegar taste.

Pros: none
Cons: many

Atkins Ketch-a-Tomato is the most disgusting thing I've ever tried on this WOE yet. I was expecting something close to ketchup, but this stuff tasted more like something I'd use to grease my truck. Needless to say, I'm not very impressed with most of the Atkins products.

Pros: many more recipes with sugar free sauces
Cons:

I am enjoying the ketchup and the BBQ sauce. I started induction with just plain meats, but it is makes it so much easier to stay on plan with sauces.

Pros: All are great
Cons: BBQ sauce to thin

They all taste great and the Terriyaki is the best of the group.
