Pros: Great flavor, easy to prepare
Cons: A bit pricey

I love this stuff - the butter pecan tastes the best to me. Nice when I want a change from eggs. I would give it a 10, but like many low carb specific products it is overpriced.

Pros: Good flavor
Cons: Costly

I tried the vanilla almond flavor and really liked it. I added heavy cream and SF brown sugar substitute. It is expensive but I will probably buy again when I get closer to my goal weight. Also, this is a great source of fiber.

Pros: yummy
Cons: you need to add Davinci syrup to sweeten, cost, addictive

I was bad addicted to this stuff. I was eating it like 3 times a day. Needless to say, such high-fiber consumption led to some "moving movements." ;-)

Pros: nutrition
Cons: taste

I found the taste by itself to be a bit bland. But good when mixed with the Keto hot cereals and soy milk. A good way to get flax into your diet.

Pros: nice alternative
Cons: price

I enjoyed the butter pecean. Although, I'm not accustomed to crunching nuts when I eat hot cereal. I did have to add butter, half n half and splenda.

It was a nice alternative on a cold day.

Pros: Not only nutritional, but tastes good!
Cons: Very filling

The taste of the Cinnamon & Spice reminded me a lot of "Malt O Meal", which I also like. I loved how quick it was to prepare, like any other hot instant cereal. As suggested, I added butter, cream and 1/2 packet of Splenda. Single serving suggests using 1/2 cup of product. I found this to be so filling I couldn't eat anything else until dinner - which I eat about 7:00Pm. So next time, I'm going to cut it in half. I also want to try the other flavors!

Pros: very filling
Cons: expensive

I have eaten the Vanilla Almond and add 2 packs of NC sweetener plus some butter. It is really yummy. I just purchased the Butter Pecan flovored one and can't wait to try it. It is really really filling. I can never even finish the 1/2 cup serving!!

Pros: Quick, easy, not eggs.
Cons: Price, needs doctoring.

I tried the cinnamon flavor and by itself was not impressed. A packet or two of splenda and some butter made it a lot like cinnamon and brown sugar oatmeal. It was a welcome change from eggs for breakfast and makes for a quick meal. Bottom line, doctor it up and it's pretty good.

Pros: Delicious and easy to make
Cons: Pricey as all get-out

I've had the Cinnamon/Spice and Butter Pecan flavors and would recommend both of them. You do kind of need to doctor them up a little with cream and Splenda or Davinci but, that said, they're a fantastic breakfast. If you can't face one more egg in the morning, splurge on a bag of this stuff. One net carb for the Cinnamon, two for the Butter Pecan, and just delicious and hearty and, um, motivating, if you catch my drift.

I gave them an 8 -deducted two points simply because they're so very expensive. I can't wait for the prices across the board to go down on this stuff.

Pros: low carb
Cons: taste, smell, texture

ICKY! The taste of this was awful to me. It seems like it is all wheat hulls and chewy weird stuff that I don't recognize. I'm keeping it to have DH add to the kids oatmeal so it won't be a complete waste.

Pros: fiber, flavor, texture and a free trip to the bathroom
Cons: price is HIGH, but it's worth it

I love this cereal!!!! It has become my mainstay breakfast, when I'm at home and another egg just
cannot be faced. It's quick, easy to prepare and can be "doctored" with a little extra cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla
and Splenda. I use the cinnamon spice flavor and really appreciate its low carb content, flavor and convenience.

Pros: none
Cons: everything

I ordered the cinnamon. It was just BAD. The texture was bad, the taste was worse. Yuck!(n)

Pros: helps keep me regular!
Cons: you have to doctor it up, but that's not really a con

This cereal has done the trick when I want a hot cereal. I just add some milk or h/h to it and some splenda or DaVinci.

I've purchased it more than once, so I must be sold on it!

Pros:
Cons: taste, price

I read the good reviews for this product and decided to give it a try. I ordered the cinnamon, and when it came I couldn't wait to try a bowl. Um... Is it supposed to be horribly bitter??? It was so bitter that no amount of doctoring could make it palatable. Is this what it's supposed to taste like, or did I get a bad batch???

Pros: Nice change from eggs/meat
Cons: pricey

In answer to the question about bitterness. I have had this product several times - all were very good except for the last batch. It was bitter too. It didn't make me ill, but I was disappointed!

Pros: warm and filling - excellent source of fibre
Cons: expensive

Easy to prepare, loads of fibre, low in carbs. It must be "doctored" up with butter, cream and splenda, but really, when I didn't low-carb, I had to do that to Oatmeal anyway.
The price of this (and most other low carb products) is ridiculous in Canada. I'm still being patient but it's really hard to keep buying these products at double or triple the cost of their full-carb counterparts. A two edged sword - if you don't buy them, the demand goes down and no stores order them in; if you do buy it, then you end up spending a mint... sheesh.

Pros: tasted great, high fiber
Cons: I ate it for six mornings and gained 10 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrr

This cereal tasted wonderful with two packets of splenda added. There was nothing in it that I shouldn't have had for this stage of my low carb trek, but with this being the only change I made and still keeping my total carbs where they should be..I thought gaining 10 pounds in 6 days was worth reporting. I've never stalled nor gained ANYTHING before...it just wasn't worth it..good thing I loooove eggs! I will NEVER buy this product again.

Pros: Something different and comforting for breakfast
Cons: Price

It's pretty good - not fantastic - but good. I got the butter pecan... I eat it with splenda and butter. It's good enough, filling and something different on a cold morning.

Pros: loads of fiber
Cons: when made as suggested, not very good

this cereal was horrid when i made it as suggested, i tried the butter pecan, and couldn't doctor it up to make it palatable... however, i used it to make my usual hot flax cereal and it was good... i used 5 tbsp of cereal mix, 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp. baking pwd, and 2 tbsp. davinci's syrup. then microwaved it for 70 seconds and then added in another tbsp. of butter and a splash of cream on top... mixed it all together and it was fine... just like my usual flax... don't think i would really buy this cereal at regular price, but i got it for 99 cents, so it was worth a try...

Pros:
Cons:

I think it's a very good cereal, although it certainly needs splenda and something creamy. It's a great change from eggs. It works really well to make individual servings of Spongebob bread and then it's already flavored.

Pros:
Cons:

I absolutely LOVE this stuff. If I need a quick somehting or am hungry before bed, I make a serving and add a splash of whole cream, some butter and 1/2 pkg. of splenda and I am in heaven. I buy the butter pecan. I have been eating it for about 2 years now and I really like it. It might be an acquired taste for some, as when I first tasted it I couldn't handle the consistency. I also love all the fiber and that it is only about 2 carbs plus whatever carbs I add.

Pros:
Cons:

I love this stuff, I add butter and half n' half as recomended plus 2 packets of splenda. I love the fiber, but I can eat it too often, which is tough because of the price. I like butter pecan and cinnamon spice, the strawberries and cream flavor isnt as good. I order from netrition.com the price is better at 4.99 a bag.
