I have been sampling all of the protein bars and most of them are dry with a strong after taste. The Atkins are like eating sawdust. These bars are moist and chewy. Kind of like Charleston Chews if anyone remembers what thoses are. I am looking for these everywhere and I buy tham buy the box. I found some at local stores, but much better selection online at Netrition.com. Don't get them confused with the other EAS bars. Only the Carb Sense ar truly LC. BeepBeep Blabbermouth!!! I tried to like these since I bought 2 boxes, but they just taste a bit strange to me. I haven't thrown them out, but I reserve them for when I'm pretty hungry and would eat anything - so I carry one in my purse and am less picky. For those wanting to try them, I'd suggest getting one bar, see if you like it. If you do, great - if not, then only a couple of dollars spent.
