Pros: Apple crisp has a great taste and crispy texture
Cons: Cinnamon Bun has a funny texture but good taste

The Apple Crisp is a definate must. It doesn't look like it's enough to fill you up, but it does. It's quick and convienient. Nice to keep in purse when the hungries get to ya. The Cinnamon Bun had that soy texture but the flavor was good if you want something sweet.

Pros: Keeps me full until lunch
Cons:

I was amazed at how one breakfast bar will keep me full until lunch. I have only tried the Cinnamon Bun so far. To me its very sweet and sometimes if I am craving sweets really bad I will eat one of these and it takes away the craving. I keep looking for that cherry almond danish in the picture????? I'd LOVE to try that one but can't find it??

Pros: Filling,convenient
Cons: almost too "sugary" tasting

Both Apple and Cinnamon are good, though the cinnamon is more "sugary" tasting than cinnamonny. The Apple is a good "crisp" texture.Good for a sweet fix or snack on the run.I keep one in my purse for emergencies.

Pros: quick and easy
Cons:

I use the Cin bun type and they are very good. You need to be drinking coffee or something with them. Very filling.

I've only had the cinnamon bun...I like to have them around for emergencies when I can't make breakfast or have time to eat. They are very filling!

Pros: Apple Crisp has a "crunch" to it
Cons: Cinnamon bun is kinda sweet, but still good

The very first Atkins product I purchased was the Chocolate Chip Crunch Morning Start bars. They tasted like Rice Krispy bars w/chocolate chips..they were GREAT! Unfortuantly I have never seen them since. Do they still make those kind does anyone know?

The Blueberry Muffin is good also. It's moist and doughy.

Pros: portable, taste
Cons: sugar alcohols

I've tried all flavors and found most of them decent. Much better than the "regular" bars in my opinion. Apple Crisp is my favorite. Chocolate Chip pretty decent. Cinnamon Bun ok. Blueberry Muffin like a half-baked muffin. OK if you like that taste (I do.)

Pros: taste and convenience / keeps me filled up
Cons: cinn bun has an odd texture

The apple crisp is very good. Taste a lot like rice krispies in a yogurt coating. The cinnamon bun is very sweet and has a gainy texture, but works well if you're craving something sweet.

Pros: Very Filling
Cons:

I was so thrilled to see a convenient bar that is great for breakfast. I loved the Apple Cinnamon. It cures the sweet tooth for sure. Hope to find the others in stores soon.

Pros: very filling
Cons: soy-ish taste

I tried the Cinnammon ones and they are delicious. The texture was very nice and I do recommend eating them with a cup of coffee.

Pros: filling, decent taste, low in carbs
Cons: Cinnamon Bun a bit soy-like

I've only had the Apple Crisp and Connamon, and I've eaten a lot of both. If you like a sweet, soy texture, you will love the Cinnamon Bun bars. I found those to be the most filling of the two flavors I've tried. The apple crisp tastes better, but upon reading the ingredients, I noticed they had roasted almonds in them - therefore, does this mean they're not safe for induction?

Pros: taste, texture
Cons:

Love the apple crisp bars! I really do love the crispy texture.

I haven't tried to cinnamon bar, however, after reading the reviews on it, I'm not too fond of the soy taste anyway.

I am looking for the choc chip ones, but I can only find apple and cinnamon so far.

Pros: Taste, Convenience
Cons: price

I picked up a box of these with some hesitation, since I'm not to fond of the Atkins bars. Was I suprised! These actually taste good!

I've only been able to find the Apple Crisp and the Cinnamon and not the Cherry danish. The Apple Crisp has a nice flavor and a bit of a crunch to it. No heavy protien/vitamin aftertaste like the Atkins bars. The Cinnamon has a little bit of an aftertaste, but nothing near as marked as the Atkin Nutritional Bars. Texture of the cinnamon was a little strange too.

Pros: Taste Good
Cons: None

I would give this a ten but a product needs to basically make me think I am having a special moment. I traded the cinnamon cream excellent.
I actually like them more that the non carb breakfast bars from kellogs that I have tried in the past.

Pros: Taste, convenience

I've only had the apple cinnamon, but it's VERY good, sweet, and crispy. I keep them handy in my bag for a snack or meal on the go.

Pros: They're low-carb
Cons: Taste

I saw favorable reviews and thought I'd give these a shot. Yuk. Tasted like soy-flavored cardboard to me. Of course, I dislike granola and regular breakfast bars, and so I should have known I wouldn't care for them.

Pros: handy, tasty compared to most LC bars
Cons: voodoo carb count?

I have had both the cinnamon bun and apple crisp versions of these bars. They are really tasty! They are "iced" with a frosting-like coating. The apple ones have more of a "rice-krispy" like texture. The cinnamon bun ones are more cake like. The flavor is quite good. I like the cinnamon ones the best... The carb counts displayed on the box vary from the nutritional info on te box due to subtraction of glycerin and fiber, etc., so be careful if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients they are leaving out of the carb count. Overall, very handy for times when cooking eggs isnt a breakfast option!

ps. i havent been able to find the cherry almond danish ones shown in the picture! The box reads that they also have "other great flavors" which I havent been able to find: creamy strawberry crisp, choc chip crisp, dbl choc muffin, and blueberry muffin flavors...

Pros: Taste and convenience.
Cons: Price, lack of advertised flavors.

I've had the apple, blueberry, cinnamon, and chocolate chip flavors. The only one I didn't enjoy was cinnamon. Apple is good and blueberry is ok, probably better if you are a big blueberry fan. The biggest dissapointment for me is the chocolate chip. I CAN'T FIND IT!!! It was a fantastic bar, as good if not better than any of the granola chocolate chip bars. I haven't seen it since shortly after the introduction of the Morning Start bars. Although it may have been mismarketed as a breakfast bar it was excellent. It should have been positioned as a snack/granola type bar imo.

Pros: Texture, taste
Cons: Price

Only have had the Cinnamon Bun. Sort of sweet. Cake-like with frosting. I'd buy again for a quick breakfast on the run.

Pros: carb count
Cons: yuck

I bought a box of the Apple Flavored bars and thought they were great. I recommended them to all my friends. I bought a second box and thought they were nasty and had a horrible, very long lasting aftertaste and couldn't even finish one of them. I don't know what I was thinking the first time around. Luckily my friends forgave me Smile

Pros: Convenience, taste
Cons: Total lack of flavors advertised, expensive, sugar alcohols

The only flavors I can find anywhere are Cinnamon Bun and Apple Crisp. Both taste good, and tend to keep me happy until lunch. They are, however, painfully expensive. There are only 5 or 6 in a box, and you pay through the nose to get them. NOT something I will eat every morning, but helpful when I run out of vienna sausanges to take with me to work for breakfast. I wish I could find any of the other flavors listed on the box. The sugar alcohols are a bit of a hassle to deal with at work.

Pros: breakfast choice variety
Cons: cost

I have tried all flavors (either store-bought or ordering through Atkins or Netrition). Most stores have only apple and cinnamon bun flavors and the others must be ordered...I have found great prices on Netrition, compared to Atkins web site. I enjoy the blueberry the most. I do not like the Cinnamon bun at all. The new Choc muffin was a little disappointing due to its density (not moist and cake-like enough), but it is good for a chocolate fix. The Choc chip tastes a little spicy to me but I can't figure out what is in it that would taste that way. The Strawberry crisp is ok but a little disappointing as well. The Apple crisp is very good, as all have said.

Cons: cost & need more variety of flavors
