These are quite simply THE GREATEST-tasting candy bars in existence - including candy that is NOT low-carb. In fact, that's really the only problem I had with them - they're TOO good. If you're prone to gastro-intestinal fits when you eat sugar alcohol, beware. I tried to limit myself to ONE of these a day, but even at that, I experienced *gas* and bloating. More than 2 a day, and you may as well camp out in the bathroom. The taste almost made it worth it, though. DELICIOUS!

These were so incredibly good! These caramel bars and the Ross White Chocolate bars (they have fewer carbs than the De-Lite white chocolate) are my favorite low-carb candy bars. I'm VERY picky when it comes to chocolate. I can't even eat the Carbolite candy bars without gagging. I honestly couldn't tell that these were low-carb. That's how wonderful they are.

Wonderful taste. Good solution for chocolate cravings.

Cons:

Caramel is a little thick, I like runnier caramello-style caramel.

I love these. I loved chocolate, and had a soft spot in my heart for Caramello bars. (And even better than Caramello bars were the fundraiser caramel bars with the buttery caramel...mmmm). This is a VERY good substitute. The caramel is a little thick, but the taste is there, and it's no hardship to eat these for as long as it takes.
I noticed no bad digestive side effects, by the way.
