To be fair, these weren't horrible. I tried the peanut butter, and the taste and texture reminded me of a Genisoy Peanut Butter Crunch bar (which I like). As long as you aren't expecting the taste and texture of a real cookie, you'll probably like it.
If you want something that reminds you more of a REAL cookie, try the Carborite ones instead. They're "cakey" instead of soy-crunchy.
