Description:
Made in Italy from a special blend of flours naturally low in carbohydrates, with a traditional pasta taste. Enjoy that great taste of pasta and still have all the benefits of a healthy diet. Darielle pasta has the traditional pasta look with the taste that compares, light in color, and low in carbs. Only 6-8 minutes cooking time. 12 oz. bags. Available in 3 different cuts: Elbow, Fusilli, and Penne Rigate.

Pros:
It's better than eating dirt...
Cons:
The texture, the taste, the price and the disappointment you'll feel if you buy it.
We bought the elbows, the tubes and a ruffled type. I cooked the elbows according to directions and the "pasta" was still hard. I cooked it for five more minutes and it started to soften up, we finally got it to the point that it was flexible. The taste and texture was reminiscent of ground corrugated boxes.I tried to make macaroni and cheese with it, it was not edible. It might work if you pre cooked it and baked the dickens out of it with some diced tomatos and sauce but I doubt it. We still have two bags of the "pasta", if we get snowed in for a few weeks we might try it again, after everything else is gone, including the boxes.

Pros:
It was better than Keto spaghetti
Cons:
Still grainy and has a slight bean-like aftertaste
You do need to cook this much longer than listed on the directions. The spaghetti was okay but the macaroni was very heavy and didn't taste good.

I was SO looking forward to something resembling pasta, and I really think I could have made better use of an old leather shoe. Blah.

Terrible!

Even with my favorite pasta sauce this stuff was unedible. If you like cooked cardboard you'd like this. I'd rather do without than eat this.
