They have a very crunchy, heavy texture and a rich flavor. If the price were lower, I would buy it more often. They are low in carbs (1 gr in 3 crackers). I like the onion flavored and will use the Kraft Cheese-in-a-can or a great dill-onion dip. These are not a product that you would want to serve at a party or just sit and eat because they are VERY expensive for the amount that you get. But they make a great treat.
