Description: These moist, cake-like muffins are like no muffin you’ve ever tasted. They are sweet and tender - more like a dessert than a healthy food. But, with just 2 or 3 carbs per muffin, they are rich in fiber, protein and essential fatty acids. Simple to bake, and ready in minutes.

Apple Cinnamon: Each tasty muffin contains 12 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and just 3 net carbs.

Sweet Corn: Our Sweet Corn muffins make a great snack or even a side dish. Each muffin contains 12 grams of protein, 6 grams of fiber and just 2 net carbs.

Also available in Honey Bran.

Pros: taste, moist, good texture
Cons:

One of the better muffin mixes in my opinion. Plus zero sugar alcohols. I make mini muffins then freeze them. They thaw by lunch time.

Pros: I bought these at Wal-MArt and Grocery Outlet for $1.00 box
Cons:

I have use the Apple cinnamon muffin mix. I added blueberries and walnuts to the mix, My husband just raves about them. These are awesome, nutritious and only 3 grams of carbs. I will try adding grated carrots or zuccini the next time.

Pros: tastes like McDonald's Apple Bran Muffins
Cons: sometimes has chewy chunks of apple

These taste amazingly like McDonald's Apple Bran muffins. Low in carbs, easy to make and well worth the price.

I added extra Splenda and next time will add extra cinnamon to the apple/cinnamon muffins. Made mini muffins and got 30 from the batch. Someitmes you just need a little bite. Not bad!!

Pros: apple cinnamon were awesome
Cons:

I added some chopped walnuts to the Apple Cinnamon mix and froze them in servings to keep longer. I heated them in the micro and they were really good. I haven't really found a low-carb muffin mix that was bad yet. I think the baking goods aspect of low-carbing is better suited for muffins so far.

Pros: Easy to make
Cons:

I made the apple cinnamon muffins. Since I didn't have a muffin pan I baked it for 30 minutes in a 8X8 pan and cut it into 12 pieces. These are great! I put a little butter on it when it was still warm and it was delicious!

Pros: Tasty
Cons: None

I always liked the Atkins Muffins - but now that I tried the apple cinnamon muffin mix I don't know if I will be able to go back... They are great!!

Make sure you freeze them though. They spoil quickly otherwise.

Pros: Nice texture.... filling
Cons: Fake sweet taste

I bought the Apple Cinnamon mix. They're okay... the taste is a little too fake-sweet. I think next time I may try to add some more cinnamon and maybe some raisins and walnuts.

I prefer Atkins Cranberry Orange to these.
