I added blueberries and walnuts to the mix, My husband just raves about them. These are awesome, nutritious and only 3 grams of carbs. I heated them in the micro and they were really good. I haven't really found a low-carb muffin mix that was bad yet. I think the baking goods aspect of low-carbing is better suited for muffins so far.
