One of the better muffin mixes in my opinion. Plus zero sugar alcohols. I make mini muffins then freeze them. They thaw by lunch time.

I have use the Apple cinnamon muffin mix. I added blueberries and walnuts to the mix, My husband just raves about them. These are awesome, nutritious and only 3 grams of carbs. I will try adding grated carrots or zuccini the next time.

These taste amazingly like McDonald's Apple Bran muffins. Low in carbs, easy to make and well worth the price.

I added extra Splenda and next time will add extra cinnamon to the apple/cinnamon muffins. Made mini muffins and got 30 from the batch. Someitmes you just need a little bite. Not bad!!

I added some chopped walnuts to the Apple Cinnamon mix and froze them in servings to keep longer. I heated them in the micro and they were really good. I haven't really found a low-carb muffin mix that was bad yet. I think the baking goods aspect of low-carbing is better suited for muffins so far.

I made the apple cinnamon muffins. Since I didn't have a muffin pan I baked it for 30 minutes in a 8X8 pan and cut it into 12 pieces. These are great! I put a little butter on it when it was still warm and it was delicious!

I always liked the Atkins Muffins - but now that I tried the apple cinnamon muffin mix I don't know if I will be able to go back... They are great!!
Make sure you freeze them though. They spoil quickly otherwise.

Nice texture.... filling

|
Cons:

Fake sweet taste

I bought the Apple Cinnamon mix. They're okay... the taste is a little too fake-sweet. I think next time I may try to add some more cinnamon and maybe some raisins and walnuts.
I prefer Atkins Cranberry Orange to these.
