We did not like the flavor nor the consistency. Having tried the Steel's Maple Syrup, which I give a 15, the Walden Farms brand doesn't even come close. May only be good if you have a problem with the maltitol in the Steel's, and that's why I rate it a 4 rather than a 1 or 2. I think WF's tastes artificial. I haven't tried the chocolate yet, but if it's as good as what other's have rated it, I will give the benefit of the doubt.

Long-lasting, good flavor
Cons:
a little pricey

Pancake syrup is runny, but has a LOT of good maple flavor. Can be used as a liquid sugar ingredient in many recipes too Choco syrup is great. Runny as well, but also an excellent ingredient in other recipes. I've been buying these for years.
