As the other poster said, it's a very strong and salty taste, a bit overpowering. But, not too terrible. Yeah, they are salty but in a good way I like ~ especially when craving a salty snack. A serving size is three wafers which is pretty good. I've had the "Aged Parmesan" and the "Poppyseed" and liked both. I often take them to movies to snack on instead of popcorn and just nibble away.
