They are the closest thing I've had to real mashed potatoes since low carbing. I would recommend them to anyone who has a craving for our old standby, mashed potatoes. I knew they wouldn't taste EXACTLY like mashed potatoes so I wanted something with a strong flavor so I wouldn't notice the difference as much. I was surprised they were as good as they are. I agree that you should use a bit less liquid. I wouldn't eat these everyday, but I'm really glad to have them when I really think I want potatoes (not often). I'd rather have these on hand to satisfy the occasional craving so I can stay on my plan than to blow it by eating regular potatoes! Will not only buy again, I'll make sure I always have some.
