When Ketatoes was no longer available I tried Instant Mashers and I was blown away! They are the closest thing I've had to real mashed potatoes since low carbing. I would recommend them to anyone who has a craving for our old standby, mashed potatoes. A great substitute during holiday meals as well.

I have to say i ate them anyway...but i doctored the whoo whoo out of them and ate each bite with a piece of roast like i do with real taters. IT seriously looked and felt like spackling. I think i could have glued stuff with it. I wont buy this again!

I tried the garlicky parmesean flavor. I knew they wouldn't taste EXACTLY like mashed potatoes so I wanted something with a strong flavor so I wouldn't notice the difference as much. I was surprised they were as good as they are. I agree that you should use a bit less liquid. I wouldn't eat these everyday, but I'm really glad to have them when I really think I want potatoes (not often). I'd rather have these on hand to satisfy the occasional craving so I can stay on my plan than to blow it by eating regular potatoes! Will not only buy again, I'll make sure I always have some. If you expect them to taste exactly like real potatoes that you cook and mash, you'll be very disappointed.
