Description:

Coconut Flour, the new low-carb, high-fiber, gluten-free alternative to wheat flour for baking and cooking.
Coconut Flour is made from fresh organic coconut meat. The meat is dried and defatted and then finely ground into a powder very similar in consistency to wheat flour.
Coconut Flour is a low – carb flour. It is ideal for baking low – carb breads and baked goods. It has fewer digestible (net) carbs than any other flour, including soy! It even has fewer digestible carbs than most vegetables.
Coconut Flour is a good source of protein.

Pros:
works okay mixed with other stuff for frying chicken/lasts a long time cause you cannot use much at a time/low carb
Cons:
too hard to bake with, contains no gluten
it's like no other flour and it doesn't like to play with other flours either
it tastes good on chicken and i would imagine anything else breaded with it and mixed with some parmesan and almond flour or carbalose flour
i like the coconut flavor of it, but it doesn't bake up well in anything i have tried so far

I mix mine with other "flours" & nuts and get an excellent result with many of my recipes.
