Cons: I have one of George Stella's Cookbooks and I like it very much. Don't know if this one is the same one or not. I assume that you have heard of DANA CARPENDER's Cookbooks too. I just love all her books. She is very down to earth like George Stella. I think you would really enjoy her books.
