It's not bad, it's just not as good in the texture department as Dreamfields. However, I think it might be more nutritious, so I am willing to ignore the texture. I just won't serve it to nonlowcarbers. I used the Golden btw.

I really like this pasta! Although I don't have it often, it tastes great and helps to satisfy my pasta-sause cravings. Tastes great with alfredo or pesto and the sauses actually stick to it! WOOHOO! This pasta is extremely filling so you don't need to eat the recommended serving size (I eat half and feel full)
