Great taste

Cons:

Hard to roll out dough
I tried the Parmesan Herb pizza crust and I really like the taste. It was very hard to roll out the dough but it was worth it. We put the toppings from a regular pizza on top of it. It would probably be even better making your own. The texture of the crust was pretty good. I will purchase this product again. The price is decent considering what a regular pizza costs.

good taste and texture

Cons:

very difficult to roll out
The package makes two pizzas, which helps to justify the cost. It was very difficult to roll out, but I found that if I "hand-stretched" it a while, it became more pliable. A little gourmet oil before baking it makes a huge difference (to me). I then pile on my ingredience.

Pros:

it was crust
Cons:
very tuff
This come from those that use to make their own crust from scatch with help of a bread maker. We have pizza stones, etc, made pizza atleast every week. Thought our own crust would rival any resturant crust (years of practice). The boxed product was a crust, if you just have to have a crust it would do. If was tuff and hard to roll. I think I save the carbs for something better. I now prefer pizza baked as a cassarole, (like to the depth of Lagazna). Hubby say I should rate it as "0"

Pros:

taste, carb count, good substitute if rolled very thin!
Cons:
hard to roll out; thick crust not good at all ~ must be thin, thin, thin!
I wish I could find a way to roll this crust out easily. When it is very thin, it is great! Too thick and... not so good. Recommend taking crust off pan 1/2 way through initial baking and baking topped pizza right on the oven rack for crispness. Worth the effort!

Tastes too gluten-y, hard to roll out, makes 2 crusts

I liked the herb flavor, but gluten and probably soy made the taste funny. It was very difficult to roll out. What do you do with the other crust? I made half, but it was hard to gage how much mix and yeast I was using.

have to work hard to roll out

I used the garlic & herb mix. My husband, who is about 4 weeks into low carbing (and very picky!) absolutely loved it. We used lots of carb friendly toppings and it gave us the fix that we'd been craving. We used the dough for the second crust to make some garlic parmesan breadsticks that we used with other meals. You absolutely need a rolling pin to get the dough to roll out thin enough and I'd recommend one of those pizza pans with the little holes in the bottom to ensure a crispy crust.

This was actually not bad. It was GREAT being able to eat pizza again, and even the texture was a pleasant surprise after trying several other low-carb alternatives. The only thing is, like others have stated, it is VERY VERY VERY VERY hard to roll out!

I loved it so much, that's why I can't buy it again for a while.
I devoured half a pizza, all in one meal. And I'm very good about controlling how much I eat. Ah well, it's a great little pizza crust. I had a lot of trouble stretching it out as far as the box claimed it would go, so it was rather small when it came out of the oven. Top with a great red sauce, and your favorite toppings, and voila! Yummy pizza!

compared to any other low carb crust i've made this one is the best so far. my boyfriend and i like to stretch the dough as thin as possible on a large cookie sheet. this makes the crust come out crunchy. also making sure not to put too much sauce and cheese on makes it crispier.

takes care of the pizza need fix
Cons:

still doesn't match the local take out

I'll start by saying my tast buds are much more accepting when I'm low carbing. Since my options are limited I think cardboard covered in chocolate is fine.
We tried the Garlic Herb. I took others advice and rolled it as thin as possible. I also left it in the oven for 3-4 extra minutes. With the array of toppings it was decent. Plenty of leftovers and I will have them for breakfast/lunch.
