They are still a little "fluffy" and cake-like, like most low carb baked versions. I ended up eating way to many, so unless you have others around (or a lot of self control) be careful with these. I bet even non low carbers would like these. They came out kinda flat, with a salty cardboardy taste. Nice crunch though! I plan to try them again with UNsalted butter, and add a little splenda and vanilla to kick up the flavor, and hope for better results!
