Pros:

Yummy, easy to make
Cons:
Hard to limit yourself to just a few
These are really good cookies. Especially warm, right out of the oven. They are still a little "fluffy" and cake-like, like most low carb baked versions. I ended up eating way to many, so unless you have others around (or a lot of self control) be careful with these.
I bet even non low carbers would like these. The only thing their missing is the chewiness you get from the real sugar.

cookies!

Cons:

flat, falling apart

I probably made them too big...they were kind of flat, and falling apart. I'm sure they'd be better if they were smaller.

Pros:

well, it WAS a cookie
Cons:
salty, not very sweet,
I made these per package instructions with a stick of butter and an egg. They came out kinda flat, with a salty cardboardy taste. Nice crunch though! I plan to try them again with UNsalted butter, and add a little splenda and vanilla to kick up the flavor, and hope for better results!
