Bob and the boys started sniveling about how great it would be if they could still enjoy some of Bob's legendary Margaritas, even though they had all recently started low carbohydrate diets. Discouraged because it was impossible to stay on the diet and drink Margaritas, they resorted to drinking straight Tequila. That was OK for awhile, but they needed variety and also something for the ladies. Finally, after years of trying numerous recipes, the secret formula was perfected on a trip to the tip of Baja. Today, people are enjoying Baja Bob's Margaritas at campfires and BBQ's around the world. Baja Bob's now has a variety of low carb drink mixes for use in alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. There are several flavors of Margarita Mixes, Pina Colada Mixes, Bloody Mary Mixes, Sweet-n-Sour Mixes, and Martini Mixes. Such a hard drink to modify but they did it and did it well.
