Description:

Delicious Loaf of Fresh Homemade Bread. Each Box Makes 2 Loaves (2 separate 9 oz. bags of mix).
Great for Bread Machines or works in Conventional oven.
And remember that butter is allowed on low-carb Diets like the Atkins Diet.

I used it to make pizza crust and have not made the actual loaf of bread. It was really stretchy and a little sweeter than I like bread...esp. pizza crust. But the overall taste was more than tolerable.

Worked pretty good in the bread machine. It is a bit sweet tasting though. Hubby liked the sweetness, to me it just seemed "wrong". Still use it though.

Nauseating

I used this to make pizza dough and it seemed to turn out okay. It tasted awful- I could not eat more than two bites of the crust and ended up picking all the cheese off. Later I ended up throwing away the rest of pizza because I could not stand the sickly sweet smell. I ended up throwing away the other package in the box.
