It makes wonderful addition to the Low Carb lifestyle. I love chocolate but all the other brands bother my tummy. This has no affect what-so-ever. They taste like a Special Dark bar if you eat them out of the bag. I, personally, love Special Dark bars so I do eat them out of the bag. Baking them I haven't noticed any difference. They do not affect me the way other chocolates have and they are a welcome item in my kitchen.
