Do you love great tasting chocolate, want to avoid sugar in your diet, but have trouble with sugar alcohols? You’re not alone, and CarbSense has come to the rescue! Our chocolate chips are silky-smooth, have no added sugar and NO SUGAR ALCOHOLS!
They’re perfect for baking or enjoy them right out of the bag. Just think – a single 8-ounce bag contains the equivalent of about 8 chocolate bars, yet for a fraction of the price!
MiniCarb chocolate chips are solid chocolate that contain no sugar alcohols. Polydextrose fiber and Splenda sucralose sweetener are used to create delicious semi-sweet chocolate chips without the laxative effect of sugar alcohols.
Perfect for use with your favorite low carb chocolate chip cookie recipes.
Polydextrose provides about 1 calorie per gram vs. more than 2 calories for maltitol and 4 calories for normal carbs.

No stomach upset or sugar alcohols
Cons:

doesn't melt as well as real stuff

I was really excited to try this product. It makes wonderful addition to the Low Carb lifestyle. I love chocolate but all the other brands bother my tummy. This has no affect what-so-ever. Tastes as real in the chocolate market as I can find.

Pros:
Tastes like typical chips
Cons:
Can't buy it locally
I read a post where someone complained the chips were bitter. Not exactly. They taste like a Special Dark bar if you eat them out of the bag. I, personally, love Special Dark bars so I do eat them out of the bag. Baking them I haven't noticed any difference. They do not affect me the way other chocolates have and they are a welcome item in my kitchen.

A tablespoon or so is great for a quick chocolate fix! I use them in various recipes and even the non lc people don't notice a difference.
