Pros: good crunch, very similar to "normal" cereal
Cons: not sweet enough, contains sugar

I've been having this every morning for the past few weeks and really like it. Maybe I have too much of a sweet tooth, but I have to add alot of liquid splenda to my low carb milk that goes on my cereal to make it sweet enough. It's also very good with blueberries added. I also don't like that there is sugar in the ingredients, but I'm just maintaining my weight, and it doesn't seem to be bothering me.

Pros: Great taste and crunch
Cons: cost

I like this cereal. The crunch is good, and the flavor is mild. I don't drink milk, but, take a baggie of cereal to work, to eat as a snack. My husband eats it with milk, and said that the crunch stays to the end.

Pros: Taste is good
Cons: Texture is awful, leaves a greasy feeling

I tried the Cinnamon Crunch for breakfast yesterday and ended up pouring most of it down the disposal. It does taste good, love that cinnamon flavor. But the texture is awful - it leaves an almost greasy feel in the mouth; I couldn't stand it.

Pros: tastes great
Cons: none

I have tried Cinnamon and Golden and I like them both. I haven't added any sweetner to the Cinnamon but did need to add a bit to the Golden. It's a nice change from eggs.

Pros: Healthy, crunchy, tasty
Cons: Trans fats, can be expensive

I really love this cereal!
My favourite low-carb cereal yet, hands down.
I've tried both flavours and I'm not sure which one I like best, the golden crunch is VERY good though.
I eat it dry and find it very filling, and it's quite a large serving-size for the cals & carbs.
I recommend this.

Pros: Tasty and good for "graham cracker" crusts
Cons: A little high in carbs

I have tried both the golden and the cinnamon. They are both tasty and stay crunchy in low-carb milk. The serving (3/4 cup) is large for the carb count.

What I like best though, is that it is WONDERFUL mixed with almond meal to make a "graham cracker" crust for cheesecake. The almond meal is far more expensive and this makes a tasty filler that is closer to a regular crust. I use half almond and half ground cereal. You cannot taste the difference from the real thing and the crust is a lot more stable.

The only negatives are that the carb count is a little high to use everyday. I don't and it hasn't stalled me at all.

Good product.

Pros: Nice crunchy snack
Cons: It's discontinued of course

I came across a box of this at Big Lots for a buck. It's a shame that it's been discontinued because I really like it and it makes for a healthy snack without the milk.
