Pros: good crunch
Cons: not sweet enough, contains sugar

I enjoyed this cereal, but only with alot of splenda and some berries added-with low carb milk. I bought it without looking at ingredients and later saw that it contains both sugar and high fructose corn syrup, but I guess it's not a very big amount. I'd probably buy it again, but only if it were on sale or I had a good coupon.

Pros: good taste, crunchy
Cons:

The flavour is good and it stays crunchy. Its okay for occasional use, for those times when you really miss cereal. But I won't keep it in the house.

Pros: good flavor and real cereal crispness
Cons: sort of high in carbs

Real cereal! Amazingly good compared to the Atkins cereal, but I think I like the new Total Protein cereal the best. Slightly lower carbs and the best flavor yet.

Pros: Doesn't taste low carb
Cons: carb count and serving size.

When I eat a bowl of cereal, I like to eat a BOWL of cereal. The carb count is too high and the serving size is too small. However, due to the delicious taste and crispy texture, I will definitely buy this product again.

My hubby, a self proclaimed critic of low carb products ate two bowls in a row without realizing what he was eating. He hates low carb products, so that is how I put them to the ultimate test. He is unknowingly my guinea pig.

Pros: carb count good considering most cereals are twice or three times
Cons: hard to get down at times

not bad if you miss cereal - its the closest thing to regular tasting cereal so if you're on maintenance, it works
