No | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 3    Pros: Inexpensive for vitamins Cons: poor usability This vitamin is lacking in several important vitamins and minerals (ie calcium and C along with others) and I tested it for usability - doesn't disolve in water within 30 minutes which means the body is most likely not able to use the majority of it... Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 9    Pros: Very easy to digest Cons: Get calf cramps when I forget to take it I can't stand the other multi vitamins on the market. Most of them have iron which makes me sick. Carbsmart were the only ones I could take without getting nauseous. I'm glad they don't dissolve right away. I would hope they would hang around in my system for the 12 hours that my body could absorb them. I love the fact that they are low in calcium and don't have iron. I get all that from the low carb stuff I eat. They are perfect for me and my diet...
