This product both for pancakes and cookies, tastes awful. Sorry I tried it two times, thinking maybe it was just me, it wasn't. The
pancakes tasts rubbery and so do the cookies. The don't hold heat for long and get extremely
cold and yucky!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this at GNC. Pretty expensive, imo. However, I like the flavor quite a bit for pancakes. Haven't tried it in anything else yet.

Excellent pancakes, cookies. Have used to substitute for whey protein successfully in low carb recipes. 100% soy protein w/splenda and vanilla flavor. Great for people with cow's milk allergy. Next time I buy this it will be through Netrition, as their price, $7.99, was much lower than what I paid in the store.

I got this on clearance at Wal-Mart, otherwise i may have never tried it. I use it as a replacement for flour to batter and fry things. It works great.
