Better than I anticipated. But, it did have sort of a shiny texture to it once it hit my salad. Kinda reminded me of the hard shell stuff we used to put on our ice cream when we were kids. Upon reading the ingredients, I noticed one of the top ingredients was soybean oil, another was beet powder for coloring (which explains why the chicken in my salad looked like it had been dyed!). However, I bought the salad dressing (miracle whip) because before low carb I used to cut the mayo with MW for chicken salad and such as it adds a kick.
