I use the BBQ sauce to make BBQ chicken and BBQ spareribs. Honestly, it's one of the best store bought BBQ sauces I've ever tried. Nice tangy flavor. Unfortunately, they don't sell the marinades here yet. As soon as they do, I'll be sure to try them! Every CarbOption product I've tried so far has been excellent, and the price is reasonable. For the marinades, compare CarbOptions to Lawrys marinades in the bottle. Very little carbs in the Lawrys already and their Mesquite Lime is the best on skirt steaks if you are doing fajitas!! I doctored mine up (because I can, darn it!). I sauteed some finely chopped onions in olive oil until they were lightly browned and added a bit (just a sprinkle) of celery seed.
