Kind of a soyish taste at first bite but they get better and are especially tasty dipped in some cream cheese. I just ordered Nacho flavored and Sour cream and onion flavored ones from Netrition. I like the fact that they come in individual bags which is a benefit for me who is still learning about "portion" sizes. If you really need to have a chip to snack on, these will work since they have a nice crunch. I do warn, they have a weird overly cheesy taste that is just kind of "off". I would probably buy them again, just to have on hand as a snack if there is nothing else to eat.
