these def fit the bill for crackers. First taste is a little off but then they taste delish. I ordered four boxes of assorted flavors and they are very yummy with a little cream cheese to dip in. good to carry in the car too for a quick snack.

Crunchy tasty snack
Cons:

a bit of a soy taste at first
Very good substitute for crackers/chips. Kind of a soyish taste at first bite but they get better and are especially tasty dipped in some cream cheese. I just ordered Nacho flavored and Sour cream and onion flavored ones from Netrition. YUM :]

Cons:

a little off taste

These are not just like cheese nips to me... but they are certainly better than most and grow on you. I like the fact that they come in individual bags which is a benefit for me who is still learning about "portion" sizes.

Met the 'snack' need
Cons:

Really don't taste that great
These really don't deserve the high ratings received. They are not that great. If you really need to have a chip to snack on, these will work since they have a nice crunch. I do warn, they have a weird overly cheesy taste that is just kind of "off". I would probably buy them again, just to have on hand as a snack if there is nothing else to eat.
