The texture is the same as the Atkins Morning Start Apple Crisp bars, but they don't have the frosting. I've tried Chocolate Chip, Lemon & Peanut Butter. The peanut butter was my favorite. The chocolate chip has a little bit of peanutty taste, so don't get them if you don't like peanut. I enjoyed the peanut butter the most, but the lemon and chocolate chip are also good. There is a good crunch which is something I miss doing low carb.
