I tried the elbows & cheese as one of my thanksgiving leftovers dishes. I mixed in some cut up baked turkey and it made for a nice meal. I also added a bit more extra grated cheese. I thought the texture of the pasta was slightly better than Keto, but I still needed the cheese and turkey to make it better. I'm not sure I would have like it as much by itself.

It had a weird taste. I couldn't get through the first bite and threw it all away. I even added cheese and butter. It's just not tasty. I will never buy this again.

Please don't waste your money on this product. The pasta tastes like tiny, cut-up inner tubes because it is very rubbery and completely tasteless.

If you have pets, they might actually eat this.

Cons:

By pets I mean large shark, pot-bellied pigs, and rabid squirrels (must be in heat!)

My only regret is the scale asking me to rate this goes no lower than one. Otherwise, instead of a "review," I'd like to think of this more as a "warning."
The low-carb industry can't do pasta yet. It simply can't be done. It blows my mind that people sit around a large oak table (which would be tastier than the Mac and Cheese), and draft a product, have it pass taste tests, and send it to the market without once saying to themselves, "boy I really need to see someone about this crack addiction."
You can eat this stuff, however, if you follow these simple instructions:
1. Eat pasta
2. Kill self
3. Repeat if necessary.

Rubbery, strange texture... not anything like Kraft Dinner lol

The Alfriedo noodles were ok. The Mac and Cheese was horrible. rubbery - watery... just not good.
I think if you needed to have some sort of 'pasta' it would be ok, but you need a lot of overpowering flavor to go with it.
In my opinion if you want a pasta type thing get some spaghetti squash and make your own alfriedo sauce lol

This refers to the Pesto Cream Pasta Sides: The shape of the pasta makes it look like wet bandaids. However, it actually tastes like wet rubberbands. The pesto was decent but it doesn't thicken so it all ends up at the bottom of the pot. Do youself a favor, boil three pieces of elbow macaroni and eat those instead. You'll thank me!

This is the worst low-carb product I've tried to date. I've used plain atkins pasta with sauces I've made at home, and the texture is a little odd, but what do you expect?
These flavored pasta packages are horrendous. One of the perks of a low-carb diet is being able to indulge in cheese... so why is the pasta alfredo completely void of all cheese taste and texture? The sauce is DRY. It coats like dry crust. The flavor is bland. It's supposed to be alfredo, but it tastes like nothing-coated-noodles.
For some reason, regular atkins pasta doesn't bother me, but the pasta they put in these flavored noodle boxes are just intolerable. They feel and taste like cardboard. I don't know where the difference comes from, but it's there.
Basically... we made the pasta, tasted it once, put it aside, tried it later, and were still unable to stomach this garbage.
I wouldn't feed it to a starving dog.

I would never buy this again. I enjoy a variety of low carb products and enjoy them as my tastebuds have adapted to substitutions. Unfortunately I will never buy this product again. (The Atkins fettucine alfredo.)

Comes in a pretty blue box
|
|
Cons:
|
Tastes exactly like the pretty blue box
|
|
I tried the elbows and cheese. After the first bite full I am pretty sure they actually used elbows from corpses to make the "pasta". I have hair ties that are less rubbery than this crap.
I know they say that Dr. Atkin's demise was caused by a slip on some ice. I am pretty sure it was actually from eating more than two bites of this miserable rat chow.
I can see the "elbow" portion of the description (considering it the pasta is tough, bent and made from elbows) but the cheese half is truly questionable. Since cheese is something we low-carbers are actually allowed, I find this puzzling. I am pretty sure that they merely wave a slice of cheese over the box and then send it off because I found it impossible to taste any in the finished product.
The only way I would recommend this product is if I hated the people on this site or a group of gun toting Quick Cuisine militants stormed my home demanding me to. This is by far the absolute WORST low carb product I have ever tasted. Mind you, this is coming from someone who can even tolerate soy if need be... so it's pretty bad.
If you feel tempted to buy this product you have been warned.

Easy to make. The box probably would have tasted better. I've tried two of them and ended up throwing both batches out. Ugh. Don't waste your time/money on these.
