I love this stuff, it is very "shake like". The Strawberry reminded me of a McDonald's shake! It is kind of hard to get the mix dissolved sometimes. I add ice to help this process along. One time I added to much ice and ended up with a VERY thick product that I had to eat with a spoon, much like ice cream........yummmmm!!!

it's chocolatey enought
Cons:

taste is no good...

I've had many meal replacement shakes, and this rates on the low end. I got the chocolate and haven't been able to bring myself to make a second glass. Maybe the ready-made is better, but the poweder just had a funny tang at the end.

well, I guess it's low carb...
Cons:
Tastes like ground-up chalk, only more bitter.

Nasty, nasty stuff. I got the vanilla flavor when I was first starting out and would not recommend it at ALL. Get the Keto vanilla, or Keto Soy vanilla, and you'll be much much happier. It's got more vitamins, fewer carbs, and actually tastes good.

These weren't near what I thought they'd be. They are very low in carbs, but the flavor is not good at all.

Pros:

Price not bad compared to other products
Cons:
Terrible Taste
I've not tasted many Low Carb Shake mixes so this is my first but I won't buy it again. I purchased the Chocolate and boy was it bad. I couldn't even finish the first glass. I also purchased the Strawberry which is not the greatest but still passable. The strawberry I would drink when I'm on the run. Still I find the premixed versions much more flavorful than the powdered mixes. One problem with the premixed I could taste the metal from the can. But still overall better flavor than the powder.

Taste, texture, yuck

This stuff is NASTY! Now I have never tried other drink mixes, so I have nothing to compare it too. But it was soooo awful. The texture was horrible, the taste was the worst, I couldn't even get one swallow down. I tried the chocolate, but won't be wasting my money on any of the other flavors...

Quick and Easy on the Run

Takes a little doctoring

I tried the vanilla and cappucino. It stinks if you just mix it with a spoon like the can suggests. However, I made it with two ice cubes, a half tbs of heavy cream and a hand blender. The cappucino is really good. The vanilla is a little bland but good enough for a quick breakfast. It is filling and holds me over until a late lunch. The vanilla is good to use as a "protein powder" in recipes. I gave a 7 for the cappucino. Made my way it is pretty good. Reminds me of a frappacino from star bucks.
