It is kind of hard to get the mix dissolved sometimes. I add ice to help this process along. I got the vanilla flavor when I was first starting out and would not recommend it at ALL. Get the Keto vanilla, or Keto Soy vanilla, and you'll be much much happier. I purchased the Chocolate and boy was it bad. I couldn't even finish the first glass. I also purchased the Strawberry which is not the greatest but still passable. The strawberry I would drink when I'm on the run. Still I find the premixed versions much more flavorful than the powdered mixes. One problem with the premixed I could taste the metal from the can. But still overall better flavor than the powder. It stinks if you just mix it with a spoon like the can suggests. However, I made it with two ice cubes, a half tbs of heavy cream and a hand blender. The cappucino is really good. The vanilla is a little bland but good enough for a quick breakfast. It is filling and holds me over until a late lunch. The vanilla is good to use as a "protein powder" in recipes. I gave a 7 for the cappucino. Made my way it is pretty good.
