Twist is absolutely the best tasting low carb product EVER. It tastes so good that I have wondered if the folks in Holland aren't playing a trick on us silly Americans! I love this product as a "frosting" on low carb cheesecake... or just in a spoon to ease that chocolate craving. Everyone I have ever let taste it cannot believe this is low carb. All this being said, it has a HUGE drawback, at least in my WOE. The first time on Atkins I ordered this four months (and 70 pounds) into the diet. Even though it isn't sugar... it headed me right back down my addictive path. For me, it is the methodone to my heroine addiction... I had no portion control. It stalled my diet (or my lack of self control did!) and was the first step from leaving this wonderful WOE. As good as this stuff is I won't be ordering it until I am a long way into maintenance. Just something to consider if you are in the first stages of this lifestyle change.
