I LOVE the chocolate shakes. Straight outta the can with a splash of Divinci's or blended in a blender with cream and Divinci's. YUMMY!

I really like the vanilla and chocolate royale. However, the strawberry leave a weird after taste, and don't even get me started on the cafe' au lait. (I can BARELY gag it down !)

Vanilla and chocolate are great. Left them in the fridge and they got a little frosty. Excellent tasted just like a light shake.

Atkins shakes were the first I tried and now after trying two other brands, I still prefer Atkins. Doesn't taste artifical or unnatural.
My favorite flavor is vanilla.

Not being a milk drinker or a shake drinker, I can tolerate them. They are very satisfying. The vitaminy taste doesn't bother me. Just wish they weren't so stinking expensive.

Expensive but not as high as a blizzard from DQ!

Overall good but still a chalky flavor or soy. What I did was mix 6 ice cubes mixed in blender with the cafe au lait shake & then topped with ready whip. Reminded me of the frapicinnios ( spelling?) you can buy. My 3 year old loved it!! My 13 year old said YUCK! so its kinda up to the individual..

I love the Strawberry, vanilla and Chocolate Royale. They are a little nasty if they are not super cold, but they do make a nice treat. I stick mine in the freezer for a little which to get them a little frothy and I love them! They do have a little bit of an after-taste, but it's okay to me. The Chocolate De-lite and Cafe were a little disappointing.

I would buy these again. They are not filling enough to be a meal replacement, so that makes them a bit expensive. They do taste good, though. I tried the vanilla.

I have tried the cheap low carb drinks, but they just don't taste as good as the Atkins shakes. Some of those cheap shakes are downright nasty! I just wish that one of these shakes would fill me up so I wouldn't be tempted to eat more.

The smell is to hard to get past. You can even smell them in the isle at the store! However if you can get past the smell, the chocolate was my favorite.

Price, which I'll trade for health any day
|

Much of the time, the low-carb industry tries to create a substitute for products that by their very nature, absolutely need large carbohydrates in them in order for it to even be edible - and they fail miserably. Try some Atkins Mac & Cheese, or pizza crust, and you'll know exactly what I'm saying. They should just come right out and tell you, “Ok, remember pizza? Wave goodbye and write to it often.”
Fortunately, shakes are not one of these foods. These are absolutely delicious. If you REALLY search hard, you might find a "fake sugar" aftertaste (especially in the strawberry), but for a 1g or 2g per serving low sugar substitute, Atkins nailed this one easily. I'd be swilling these things down even if I weren’t on Atkins.
Someone email me if it’s ok to add alcohol to one of these - I'm looking to get my Saturday Night back.

Very expensive in my opinion
|
|
Due to the fact that in my area, these drinks cost about $2.50 each, I don't plan on having them very often! However, the chocolate that I tried was very good so long as it was VERY COLD. In my opinion, it was extremely filling and almost more than I can drink at one sitting. The good news might be that a local store is now selling these drinks along with a presently limited number of other Atkin products at somewhat of a discount. I had to chuckle at the poster above who stated that she could "smell these drinks in the aisles where she shops". Great nose! Personally, I can't smell anything that in packaged in a can! LOL

The Chocolate Royale and reg. Chocolate are very good. The strawberry and vanilla so-so. The Cafe Au Lait is terrible-yuck!
These do have to be served as cold as possible to avoid the funny aftertaste. In a crunch for time and hungry, these work great as a meal replacement.

Yuk. I really didn't like anything about these and ended up throwing them out. They have a nasty after-taste, but the initial taste isn't much better, as it has a strong soy flavor. The texture is chalky and the price is ridiculous. KetoShakes are much better if you are looking for a LC meal replacement.

I bought a 4-pack of the Chocolate Royale and I couldn't even finish the first can, it was so bad. I thought I was disgusting. I tried again a week later, but this time I first put it into the freezer for a 1/2 an hour so it would be super cold, still ended up pouring it out and then threw the other 2 cans away. YUCK!

I have tried Carborite and Keto RTD shakes and so far I think Atkins is the best. I recently bought ABB PurePro shakes, but haven't had a chance to try them yet. I actually liked all the flavors I tried with Chocolate, Vanilla and Cafe Au Lait being my favorites. You really have to shake these very well or else they will taste sweet when you first start drinking them and then gradually go bland. They definitely taste much better super cold. I had the strawberry the other day when it was extremely hot here in So. Cal and it was very refreshing. I'm not sure why everyone hates the coffee flavor, because it just tastes like a less sweet version of the Starbucks Frappucinos in the bottles. At about the same price as Starbucks, I find these are actually a much healthier replacement to my usual morning mocha or latte.

I was expecting these to not only be totally disgusting, but to taste like the can. I was quite surprised, they are actually pretty good! I've tried all the flavors, and I'd have to say that the regular chocolate and the coffee one are my least favorite.

soy! SOY IS BAD FOR PEOPLE
|

I LOVE THESE, yet soy is horrible for people in mass quantities. If you look at all the food nowdays, especially lowcarb you are getting too much soy! Soy is horrible for thyroids and people with auto-immune diseases (ie. diabetes, etc), and horrible if your family has this kind of history, too. Gosh dang, I wish they would stop making everything with MALTITOL (A LAXITIVE SWEETNER) AND SOY.
