I like these over salads and as an alternative to nuts. Package resealable and easy to carry on trips. Mesquite is my favorite. Don't like the caramel at all.

Cons:

fattening

I got these in the carmel flavor and they taste good. The kids even like them. Although pumkin seeds are natually high in fat, so I don't eat too many of them. They are buttery tasting.

Pros:
fair taste
Cons:
kind of odd texture, not enough salt
These are okay. I got the chili flavor, and while it isn't terrible, there are much other things I'd rather eat. They're pretty high in calories for me too.

I bought the chili and BBQ flavors. They were both O.K. tasing. The chili flavor had a little heat to it. Naturally high in fat...
