Pros: flavor, texture
Cons: too many carbs in corn and blueberry mixes

Cranberry orange, lemon poppyseed and banana nut are excellent. Few carbs, great taste!

Pros: Tastes great, convienient and pretty carb friendly.
Cons: Price

We loved the Lemon and Banana Nut versions, the Cranberry wasn't one of our favorites. I passed on the Corn Muffin and Bluberry ones since there were too many carbs for us.

The muffins raised beautifully, look great, smell great and are very satisfying.

Don't overcook the muffins or they will be very dry. Bake according to directions and remove from oven promptly.

Pros: tasty, good muffin texture
Cons: expensive, slight soy aftertaste

The lemon poppy was my favorite. I also like the banana nut. Cranberry seemed to have more of an aftertaste but it was ok.

Pros:
Cons:

I've tried the blueberry, banana nut, and cornbread. They were OK. Not a favorite but something good to have every now & then.

Pros:
Cons:

I love all of the Atkins muffin mixes except the Chocolate Chip. I wish that the blueberry hadn't been revamped (and raised the carb count), but it's still good for an occasional muffin. My favorites are probably the lemon poppy and the banana nut.

Pros:
Cons:

Banana nut muffins were lower in carbs, but has a very distinct fake "soylike" aftertaste that I did not like.

Corn muffins were excellent at Thanksgiving---even my non low-carbing friends ate them up! They're a bit too high in carbs for everyday use, but make a great addition to any special occasion meal.

Pros: taste, texture, raise well
Cons: high count on "premium" mixes

These are all pretty good. I also tend to shy away from the higher count ones. But my 10yo son likes the corn ones and he normally hates my low carb options. I liked the cranberry and banana nut but I'm frequently told by my family that my taste buds are "off" from many years of dieting. Nah!

Pros: decent muffin substitute, low carbs (except corn)
Cons: price, texture is slightly "funky"

I found these to be an acceptable substitute for muffins, though if I were not low-carbing, I'd prefer Betty Crocker! I like to add half a can of mild chile peppers and a handful of mexican shredded cheese to the corn ones. Very tasty with a bowl of chili!

Pros: I really liked the banana-nut muffins
Cons: none

I liked the orange-cranberry,but whn I made the banana nut, they were my favorite.I think they also keep well in the fridge.Since I'm the only one eating them---the mix makes 12 muffins---and I usually have 2 for breackfast,I have almost a weeks worth of breakfast. So even at almost $5.a dozen its still a bargin.A very inexpensive, fast and tasty breafast.

Pros: Good texture; delicious taste.
Cons: High carbs.

I tried the Atkins lemon poppyseed muffins first and did not care for the taste - too strange; I guess it was the soy taste. But the chocolate chip muffins are delicious. Slather one with butter and it is chocolaty and wonderful. Only drawback is that they are pretty high in carbs - so have just one with eggs and bacon or sausage for breakfast for a taste of something sweet.

Pros: taste, texture
Cons: high price

I bought the Banana Nut mix and made a nice loaf of bread. It rose nicely, had a good texture, and a very nice taste. My husband and I both loved it. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors.

Pros: Easy to make, freeze well, good if you're starved for breads
Cons: Some mixes taste a bit odd. Can be dry and grainy.

I have tried the Cranberry, Banana Nut, Blueberry, Corn and Chocolate Chocolate Chip formulas.

I really liked Banana Nut. You're not going to be fooled into thinking it's grandma's recipe, but it's tolerable. Try it warm with a little Smart Squeeze.

The Blueberry gave me digestive problems. Could have been coincidental, I don't know. I haven't tried it again.

I like the Cranberry Orange a lot, but then I'm a cranberry junkie and I was mourning the loss of cranberry-orange scones.

The corn is great, although high in carbs. I make a loaf, slice it, and freeze the slices. Then I have one slice with a bowl of low-carb chili. Sometimes the artificial sweetener is a bit noticeable.

Ah, and last but definitely not edible, the Chocolate Chocolate Chip. When I tasted this for the first time, I thought it was the horrid byproduct of government experimentation with weaponized Vile Brown Goo. You can REALLY taste the soy-flour in this, and it will NOT pass muster for the hardcore chocolate aficionado. You'd be better off with one of the low-carb chocolate bars.

I have a package of atkins brownie mix in the pantry, but I'm frightened.

Pros: Texture, flavor, filling
Cons: Price

After gagging on the Atkins bake mix I was a bit leary to try any other Atkins baking products.
After reading the reviews I gave it a shot.

I tried the lemon poppy seed muffins as per advised. Boy were they fantastic. They smelled great cooking and I tried one while still hot with some butter. Man I thought I died and went to heaven.

It could be that I haven't had a muffin in almost 7 months, but they tasted like bakery to me.

I highly recommend this product.

Pros: Good taste
Cons: Price

The Banana Nut is a treat I give the family twice a month. A good friend sent me my first pack and it's been a staple since!

Pros: Added Endulge bar pieces, really good taste
Cons: 6 carb per muffin good for a treat

Tried the chocolate chocolate chip today. Read on another board that if you add a chopped up Endulge bar into the mix it will taste more chocolate-y. Since I am all for that I did and they were moist and great. Soo good for a chocolate treat!

Pros:
Cons:

OK, the breads are very good for low-carb bread. I've had the poppyseed, cranberry, and banana nut.

Now, the breads are rather light and airy, and seem to crumble a little easy.

That said, the only thing that bugged me in the beginning (I got over it) was how light the flavors are. Don't expect the banana bread to be "in your face banana." I like to think of it as sweetened bread with a hint of banana. It's a nice change of pace for breakfast.

Pros:
Cons:

The corn muffins were disgusting. I couldn't even eat them when they were covered with chili. I think I'll try the Carbsense ones next time.

Pros: Yummy treat
Cons: cost

I tried both the Banana Bread Mix and Chocochip Muffix Mix. I loved both of them. If you are not used to the taste of a low carb product then these will taste lucky to you. When I first started low carbing I HATED any low carb products. I think its because my body was craving the sugar I consumed each day. I love these so much!!!

Pros: Great texture, nice subtle flavor
Cons: Really stuck to the cupcake liners

I really like these. I tried the banana nut, and agree that you shouldn't expect a stong "taste like grandma's" banana bread, but I thought they were really tasty and had a great texture and made me feel like I was having a real bakery treat. I made 1/2 a batch of muffins and could have eaten them all if I wouldn't have put them away right away!

Cons: expensive

I tried the Banana Nut muffins which tasted great. They were 2 carbs per muffin & made 12 muffins out of the bag.

Pros: Tasty
Cons: Price; portion control

I've only tasted the banana muffin mix. It was very good, although quite a bit stuck to the muffin cups I used. They were good for a quick breakfast, but were expensive.

Pros: Blueberry tastes great
Cons:

The blueberry were very good and I liked them both hot with butter on it, and cold with cream cheese. It helps me get through a bread craving. I want to try it in my waffle maker when I don't feel like warming up the oven.

Pros: Pretty good ... satisfies a need for bread
Cons: A little higher in carbs for the taste

Blueberry Muffins - 8
Corn Muffins - 7
Chocolate chip - 7

These are pretty good ... and the mixes make a dozen good-sized muffins. I bake several batches at a time and then freeze in individual portion sizes. The corn muffins are good with eggs for breakfast or with chili or taco fixings. The blueberry are great for a quick breakfast on the run or when I go to starbucks with carbmonster friends. The chocolate chip isn't nearly as good, but makes a great dessert if you put low carb icecream on top.

Pros: it's muffins
Cons: needed more flavor so I tweaked it up...

The Apple/Cinnamen is not bad but tasted better when I added 4 tbls of Atkin's Hazelnut 0 carb syrup along with a handful of chopped walnuts. They do not stay fresh long so I tried freezing them this time. For 99 cents I guess it is OK to throw some away but freezing seemed worth a try!
