I've tried both the low fat milk and the chocolate. Both were excellent...in fact, I think they both taste better than regular milk.

OMG, My roomates get a gallon of regular milk and it goes bad in a week. I open a box of Carb count down, and I'm still working on it a week later! I only buy it when it's close to the sell by date (they mark it WAY down) sometimes I only pay $1, but It still lasts forever. I just put an extra box in the freezer. I use it on LC Cereal, Pudding, and I freeze the chocolate to make a Frosty in the blender. EXCELLENT!

I bought the 2% chocolate and skim white milk. Both are fantastic... but the chocolate is EXCEPTIONAL. I can't wait to heat it up and make hot chocolate! The white milk tastes nearly identical to the skim I used to drink. I love it. I really missed milk and now I don't have to! Great product and I highly recommend.

Chocolate tastes like a creamy "sort of" milkshake.
|
|
Cons:

A little bit of an after taste and pricey.
|
|
I tried a container of the chocolate and a container of the 2% and loved them. I didn't drink the white milk alone yet, I mixed half and half. The chocolate seemed too chocolatey for me. Delicious and you feel like you aren't cheating. My husband and daughter loved it as well. I recommend trying it!

I tried the regular and it was just too much. I tried it straight and with a low carb AND regular cereal. It's too thick . . .like it's straight heavy whipping cream with flavoring . . .and the taste is off. If it came in smaller sizes I'd feel better about having to toss it out because I know I'm NOT going to use it all. Maybe the chocolate is better and/or maybe the products work betters as pudding, heated, or as part of a baked good but alone, to me, it's not good at all.

I loved the chocolate. It tasted great, but was a little on the thick side. I didn't care for the white milk at all. I used to be a big milk drinker and this tasted nothing like the real thing.

This stuff deserves an 11. It's the perfect milk replacement. Taste of the white milk is a little off, it doesn't taste just like milk, but it's the best alternative there is. I even use it to replace cream in some recipes (cuts some of the carbs) and it works quite nicely.

Although I am finding it hard to locate in my local stores, I love this product! I use either the WHOLE milk or the 2% (what would be the point in using the SKIM??? and I like to make my own chocolate milk with my own ingredients). This is a staple on my shopping list!

I drink 2 cups a day of the fat-free variety, saving 70 cal a day. I finally lost those last hard-to-lose pounds when I switched to this milk from regular fat-free milk. If you like regular skim milk CalorieCountdown is a no-brainer.
