Pros: slides easily off plate into garbage can
Cons: unbelievably gross

I usually try various products and just accept the small sacrifices you make in the name of low carb eating, but, honestly this is just too bad a product, it should be yanked from shelves.

Pros: Good with both tomato and alfredo sauce
Cons: Serving size a bit small

No annoying soy aftertaste. Portion size at 5 g is more of a size dish. Found that texture was more al dente when cooking time was reduced. Keep checking and drain it as soon as it's almost done. Mix into hot spaghetti or alfredo sauce, top with cheese and protein, and you're good to go.

Pros: no aftertaste
Cons: expensive

I was surprised at the taste - I was expecting a gross soy flavor but it was actually pretty good. Understand that this will not taste like the spaghetti you're used to, however, the trade off in carbs and guilt was worth the slightly different taste. Be sure to measure your serving size - a little goes a long way.

Pros: Low Carb
Cons: Overall Taste

I could not eat this by itself but if you took some meat and ate it a small side dish it would be ok. The taste is ehh at best. One serving size is more than enough. Overall if you really need a side dish then its ok but otherwise pass on it.

Pros: This is the best lc pasta I've tried.
Cons: Serving size is a little small.

I love spaghetti and meat sauce so I've tried lots of lc spaghetti. Too many of them taste like rubber bands and have higher carb counts. With my wonderful meat sauce over it, you don't notice the soy taste.

Pros: I wasn't forced to eat it
Cons: its very existence

Maybe I like spaghetti too much....it's my favorite food and I could eat pasta for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I had to. I will say that I didn't buy this product expecting it would taste all that good - I wasn't expecting perfection.....and boy, I sure didn't get it! I bought the noodles with Walden Farms' no-carb Marinera (tomato) sauce, browned some ground beef, mixed it all together ....and lemme tell you, I couldnn't even choke down more than a couple bites. The noodles were horrific -- texture was all wrong, taste literally turns my stomach to this DAY! even to THINK about it! Run, not walk, as far away from this product as possible!

Pros: It's supposed to be healthy, right?
Cons: Awful taste and texture!

I didn't give it a 1 because I was actually craving pasta and this did fill that need, but the longer I ate it and the fuller I got it just tasted completely off. My fiancee had browned some ground sirloin and used the Bella Vita Spicy Tomato sauce. I was very motivated to like this pasta, but it just did not work to really satisfy the requirements to at least taste decent. I will not be purchasing this product in the future ever again!

Pros: edible, works well with sauces
Cons: texture, limp pasta-like noodle, odd taste

This product was okay, certainly not great, but edible. The noodles cooked up limp and looked more like ramen than spaghetti. Mixed up well with a good sauce, but the pasta has no body to it. Normal spaghetti has a little give as you bite it, this stuff has nothing. Eating it has the classic soy problem of turning to a chalk like consistency. It'll do in a pinch, but I think we can do better.

Pros: Nice change of pace
Cons: cost, cooking time

I really like this product. The shells and elbows are good too, but I like this one the best. Haven't tried it with just butter and salt, but it's very satisfying with homemade alfredo (plus chicken and mushrooms) or CarbSmart marinara (plus ground meat and parmasan). Portion size seems small initially, but with its high protein content, it fills me up FAST. One portion with sauce and meat/cheese is almost too much.

Pros: Low-carb, very filling
Cons: not quite the same as the real thing

This is definitly better than the Atkins spaghetti, but it not the real thing by any stretch of the imagination.

Pros:
Cons:

I just couldn't stomach this. Fortunately, I got it for $1.69, but my dogs had to eat it.
I thought it was terrible. It looked like thin spaghetti and cooked up okay, but I just couldn't get past the taste. Even though it wasn't very good, I tried covering it with spaghetti/meat sauce and lots of parmesan. Still, I couldn't eat it.
I think I'll keep looking for a spaghetti I can eat. I miss having "real" spaghetti so much.

Pros: Never tried it
Cons: Never tried it

Hi,
I'm new to this site, but not so new to the low carb lifestyle. I am an Atkins person with success for a long time, but kind of starting over. I'm on day three, so still on induction. Goal loss is 20 pounds. I would like to suggest that if you are very close to your goal, please by all means, have that serving of "real" pasta to satisfy that craving. Eat it, enjoy it, get over it, and get back on your program. Don't make a habit of doing this too much, but this is how I coped with missing out on the only thing that I couldn't do without, Pasta. I just had it and got over it. I did fine. Take care!
