And vegan, even! Good source of soy protein. Cons: Limited flavor selection, chocolate sometimes lumpy I'm a little concerned with consuming too much protein from animal sources, so I always use at least half Keto Soy shake, even if I'm having one of the other Keto Shake flavors. (I do one scoop of each.) The soy ones are just fine on their own, mind you, but they don't have the range of flavor options that the regular ones do. The chocolate one sometimes has lumps that don't break up, even with the screen in the Netrition shaker, but that's a minor flaw. I can't wait for Netrition to get the soy strawberrry flavor, and hope Keto puts out more options in the future.
