Keto Shakes are the best flavored lc powdered shakes out there! French vanilla and chocolate are both excellent flavors.
Whip one up in a blender with a splash of cream and a handful of ice cubes--tastes just like a milk shake.

I had the peaches and creme, and it was pretty good! It satisfied my hunger for a few hours, although there was just a little aftertaste. Great for an afternoon snack. I just whisked it into some water because I was in a hurry and it came out good.

The best low-carb, high-protein drink I've discovered. You pretty much need a blender or shaker to get it to mix well, and I'd definitely advise throwing in some ice when you put it in the blender, but it is pretty satisfying and tasty. Of couse, I enjoy the taste of products like Instant Breakfast and Slim Fast, so if you don't like those, you probably won't like this. I've tried banana, chocolate, and cappucino, but chocolate is my favorite.

My favorite product for lo carbing!!! I drink a Keto shake each morning and blend it with water, a touch of cream, and flax meal. My absolute favorite flavor I crave each day is Banana Creme - the best!! Chocolate fudge and French Vanilla are good as well. I would stay away from the Orange, ugh!
I have tried many other brands of protein shakes and these are the best... they really satisfy my hunger and sweet cravings throughout my day. This is how I got through my first 2 weeks in Ketosis, they didnt knock me out at all, I was darkest purple everyday. So Smooth and yummy... add some creme though.

I'm VERY picky when it comes to diet shakes. If it's the slightest bit chalky or has a strong vitamin or soy taste to it, then I simply can't drink it. I have yet to find a ready made shake in a can that I can actually drink. As for shake mixes, I was pleasantly surprised with the Keto Banana Cream Pie shake. It was really tasty and filling. No aftertaste or chalkiness at all! I'm glad I finally found a shake I can drink without gagging. If you're sensitive to the taste of shakes like I am, give this brand a try. You won't believe how good they are! Be sure to throw in a splash of cream. It makes the shake even richer and tastier.
I'm looking forward to trying some of the other flavors.

If you've tried the vile Atkins shakes and were scared away from meal replacement shakes, do try these. They're so much better.
Flavors I've tried:
Vanilla: just right. Like a vanilla shake.
Chocolate: pretty good. Not as chocolaty as I'd like, but it'll definitely get you through.
Orange Creme: ok as is, great with a shot of orange and vanilla DaVinci.
Strawberry Shortcake: same thing, only with strawberry DaVinci.
Chocolate Peanut Butter: meh. Not too chocolaty or peanut buttery. Can be goosed with flavorings though, and it's not bad.
Cappuccino: tastes nothing at all like cappuccino but it's still yummy, kind of like the ice cream part of butter pecan ice cream, if that makes any sense.
I usually mix one scoop of the Keto Soy with one of the regular Keto shakes and that works nicely.
If you get your netrition order up to $75, by all means ask for the free shaker; it's perfect for these. Add a couple ice cubes, maybe a splash of DaVinci, and you've got a delicious meal in seconds.

These are great. It is excellent with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of ice water and a packet of splenda. Using cottage cheese makes it so much better. The chocolate and strawberry are my favorite. A tablespoon of flaxseed oil is good for making it more filling.
