Description:
At T.G.I. Friday's, we believe that everyone should enjoy fun times and have a lot of food choices. That's why we've created a menu full of sharable appetizers and tasty entrees that are great for people who are following a low-carb lifestyle.

We,ve even partnered with Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. to ensure that the items below meet the criteria of the Atkins Nutritional Approach.

Tuscan Spinach Dip
(Atkins Net Carbs: 17)
Parmesan and Romano cheeses blended with spinach, artichokes, sauted onions and peppers. Served with fresh vegetables, because tortilla chips are a no-no. Share it and split the carbs.

Buffalo Wings
(Atkins Net Carbs: 5)
With Bleu Cheese dressing and celery sticks. Now, every day can taste like game day without leaving you looking like a lineman.

Sizzling NY Strip with Bleu Cheese
(Atkins Net Carbs: 6)
With a side of broccoli, youll wonder what you ever saw in French fries.

Cheeseburger Cheeseburger
(Atkins Net Carbs: 6)
Two Friday's Natural Angus burgers, topped with melted American cheese. Do your best to pass on the ketchup, and we'll be sure to keep the bun in the kitchen.

Sizzling Chicken with Broccoli
(Atkins Net Carbs: 17)
Served over onions and peppers with melted American and Mexican cheeses. Please refrain from doing the chicken dance when ordering. (Cut 5 carbs by skipping the peppers and onions.)

Garlic Chicken with Mixed Vegetables
(Atkins Net Carbs: 7)
Served with a mix of sauted Roma tomatoes, red peppers, zucchini and squash. A garlic lovers dream.

Chargrilled Salmon Fillet
(Atkins Net Carbs: 6)
Topped with capers and served with a tangy lemon sauce. See, there is more to life than just bread.

Tuna Salad Wraps
(Atkins Net Carbs: 14)
White Albacore with water chestnuts and a touch of wasabi. Even without the extra carbs, this salad is quite a catch. (Cut 4 carbs by skipping the pineapple.)

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
(Atkins Net Carbs: 9)
Chargrilled chicken on crisp Romaine, tossed with Caesar dressing and topped with Parmesan cheese. Hail, Caesar!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): finally something lo-carb in a restaurant!
Cons:

I had the garlic chicken and veggies and it was really good. I travel a lot and it's always hard to get a full meal that's 'carb friendly'. I'll definitely look for TGIF again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): taste good
Cons: very expensive

My friend has the salmon, it was a big piece of fish but you don't even get a side salad.

I'd rather go to ruby tuesdays and each cheaper with the salad bar.

TGIF is way overpriced!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very filling and tasty
Cons:

I had the Cheeseburger Cheeseburger entree which consists of two beef patties and cheese. It is served with a side salad of mixed greens and balsamic vinegar dressing. Although I try to limit my red meat consumption, this certainly addresses any beef cravings. I've also had the garlic chicken and veggies and it was terrific as well.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very tasty and filling
Cons: none really

BF treated me to lunch and he suggested TGIFriday's due to hearing about the Atkins Friendly menu....what a guy!!!

I had the garlic chicken and veggies, it was very good. It was filling without being stuffing. I really liked being able to order off the menu without having to substitue or omit anything, just ordered like everyone else!

I highly reccomend it if you are going out to dinner and want to feel welcome.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Taste Good
Cons: None

I had the Cheeseburger Cheeseburger. The burgers tasted good. Of course if they had some keto ketchup that would be nice. The small side salad was excellent as long as you avoid the tomato. The dressing is very good a vignerette.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): LOWCARB! Tasty, good sized meal, good price
Cons: ?

Had the garlic chicken entree. Loved this meal. The chicken was seasoned with a strong garlic flavor, the zucchini/squash were crunchy and delicious. I was so happy to be able to order "straight off" the menu!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great food
Cons: high priced for lunch

I ordered the Sizzling chicken. It was excellent and only 12 carbs if you dont eat the onions (not many onions anyways). Only problem is for $12 it's too pricy for me for lunch. But it's a nice treat for dinner.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons: Too boring, too expensive!

I tried the Atkins Ceaser Salad. It was ALOT of little bite size pieces of iceberg lettuce, and the smallest piece of grilled chicken I have EVER seen, and the dressing. They had 4 olives on the side and 4 cherry not ripe tomatoes.
Quite boring.I wouldn't recommend it. Too expensive too.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Delicious!
Cons: A bit pricey

I absolutely LOVE the sizzling chicken! I'm a cheese lover too. I'd love to make this at home, it's really just so yummy and cheesy! I enjoy the onion and pepper flavor, too. I've also tried the cheeseburger cheeseburger which is good, but I liked the suggestion of having Keto ketchup. I can't/don't/won't eat burgers without ketchup!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): tasty treat
Cons:

My mom & I like to go for lunch & split the garlic chicken dinner since it comes with 2 chicken breasts, this makes it more affordable & is plenty food. We have done the same with the cheeseburger/cheeseburger since the dinner includes 2 hamburger patties. If you don't go to lunch with someone who's also on the low carb diet it's nice for a leftover. The spinach dip is also excellent & to avoid getting quite so many carbs I start out eating the dip with a few of the veggies, however, I generally finish it with a fork & it's just as good alone. Positive aspects of the product (pros): taste
Cons: price

I've had the chicken and broccoli - excellent. Didn't realize it was 17 carbs - thought it said 7. Had the NY strip - not real good - especially for the price. Can get a better steak at Sizzler.

Love the artichoke and spinach dip..mmm good!!!

They need to have a dessert menu,

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very good and juicy
Cons: didn't like the salad

I thought the cheeseburgers were wonderful! One filled me up and I took the other home for another meal. I did not like the salad with it's balsamic dressing or whatever it was. I would have preferred to pick the dressing of my choice. It's all moot point since the Seattle location closed recently without warning.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Low Carb
Cons: Salty

I had the "Chicken La Boca" over the weekend. I was unimpressed. The spinach on the side was NASTY. I had one bite and that was it. The chicken was very salty, I think to make up for the lack of taste. It was covered in diced tomatoes; so if you have cravings after too many tomatoes, stay away! The parmesan cheese crisp was a nice touch but a bit more rubbery than crispy. I'd recommend the salmon instead.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy low-carb meal with friends
Cons:

I had the Key West Grouper. This dish was sooooo flavorful. I'm not a fish lover normally, but this filet was cooked just right and the sauce... YUM! If you don't like citrus stay away from this dish but if you do, be prepared to be dazzled.
The dish also comes with a side of zucchini/mushroom medley that was unremarkable. It tasted fine and was a good side that was filling and didn't compete with the main dish.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): The cheese crisp garnish
Cons: It just didn't tast good

I had the Chicken La Boca. I only made it through half the dish, and that with a great deal of effort. It's discusting. The "creamed" spinich that came with it wasn't exactly creamy, but rather clear and slimy. The chicken tasted rubbery. The cheese crisp that garnishes the dish was the most edible thing on the plate.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Taste, quality and speed.
Cons:

My husband and I tried the Tuscan spinach dip and the wings. They were both EXCELLENT. I'm not usually a huge veggie person anyway, but I LOVED this dip. It was so good. That along with the wings DH and I shared and it made for an excellent meal.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): presentation was good
Cons: salty and funny after taste

The chicken la boca was absolutely awful. The blue cheese steak my husband ordered was definitely more tasty but was extremely fatty. I would rather have a hamburger (without the bun)rather than try the chicken la boca again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Out with the friends is not a problem now
Cons:

I love having so many options at TGIF's now. When I go out with my friends I don't have to worry about finding something that I can eat.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great food, good price and can even eat dessert!
Cons: carb counts a little high...

My low carb friend and I went there because of the low carb options - we didn't know they have a special right now that gives you an appetizer, dinner and dessert for 12.99 - what a deal!

We had the atkins quesidillas as an appetizer, the atkins enchilda bake as our dinner and the atkins cheesecake for dessert. It was FANTASTIC. However, for all three courses it comes to 33 carbs - a little high.

However, we loved it so much we went back two days later. We split the whole thing (which is MORE THAN ENOUGH and they give no hassle about it) bringing the carb count down to a more reasonable 16 carbs and 6.50 per person!

We loved it. It's so nice being able to order right off the menu and the place is VERY atkins friendly. The servers are educated on what is and isn't low carb and even give correct answers about questions. For example, my friend wanted to know if she could have a long island iced tea and the waiter knew to substitute diet coke and bacardi rum...

Two low carb thumbs up!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Chicken and Steak dishes VERY good!!
Cons: Chichen dish I had could be lower carb!

I had the bleu cheese steak which was very good the first time I went to a new TGIF in my area. We went back 2 weeks ago and they had a new dish with a Slightly spicy chicken dish, 2 thin chicken breasts covered with colby/jack cheese and a salsa, it also came with a "low carb" veggie wrap with a green chili salsa instead of broccoli, it was VERY VERY good, except to cut my carbs a little I took only a couple bites of the tortilla and ate the veggies out of it. I would have been just as happy with just the steamed veggies in it! I will certainly get both of these dishes again!!! I am so glad TGIF has these low carb dishes!!! YUMMY!!!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Good Food, Great Price
Cons: None

I loved TGI Fridays before going LC, so I was glad that they had an Atkins friendly menu. My favorite dish was the Sizzling Chicken and Cheese before low carb. The Sizzling chicken w/ Broccoli is the same delicious dish with huge stalks of broccoli instead of the garlic mashed potatoes. It was sooooo good. I wanted to try to LC cheesecake but have always decided against it.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Not much...
Cons: Tasted disgusting, chewy, no flavor

This was the absolute grossest thing that I have ever tried. They didn't even put salt, or any sort of flavoring for that matter, onto it. The peppers and onions were under-cooked, and the chicken was chewy. All in all, it was so disgusting that it reminded me of roadkill (because the chicken was so flattened that it looked like it had been run over). I will not be going back to this restaurant!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Shrimp Key West was just okay
Cons: Shrimp Key West was just okay

TGIFridays has reduced their LC menu down to two items, and I had the Shrimp Key West earlier this week. It was served with a side of broccoli (steamed, no butter). The shrimp wasn't that high-quality and the sauce on it was rather tasteless.

If you're going to TGIFridays, avoid the LC menu and go for the Buffalo Wings and a salad (or a side salad).
