Positive aspects of the product (pros): A great Fast Food Alternative
Cons: Price

Pretty tasty, and you can pick what you want on it. They only will offer you Low-Carb options to put on it as well - which makes your choices easier. No different than a wrap you make at home though, and kind of small. It's nice having a Low-Carb "fast food" option though.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): another low carb option for eating out
Cons: price, some items higher in carbs than other. No reg. mayo

It's great to see that we low-carb eaters are finally getting more options when dining out. Before this wrap, I used to eat the salads w/ meat and cheese at Subway. It got very boring!

The wrap is a regular size wheat tortilla. I haven't tried the two specialty wraps, but I'm sure I will soon. YOu can make any regular sub into a wrap. I usually just have a cold cut meat and cheese. It is smaller than the bread, but with all the low carb fixings-quite filling. All they need now is to see Pork Rinds and life woudl be good!

One word of caution-the Subways in my area carry only LITE mayo-no regular mayo..so I am disappointed that they don't carry the regular mayo. Make sure to ask your Subway what they carry.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Very Tasty,Easy Access (There's more subways than McDonald's in the US)
Cons: Kinda Expensive

I've had the Bacon chicken wrap at Subway twice now and I must say it is very good. The wrap itself was very similar to any high carb wrap. I will say this- the sooner you eat it, the better it tastes, meaning don't buy it and expect it to be as awesome an hour later. And, as with all new things at chains, it does also depend on who is behind the counter. The first time I got this, the man who helped me knew what he was doing and he wrapped it very nicely. Now, the second man, he just didn't wrap it as neatly. No biggie, but it's easier to eat this when it's neatly wrapped- especially take-out!
Hope this helps~

Positive aspects of the product (pros): taste
Cons: price

I thought the chicken wrap was great. I had everything on it except the bacon and added lettuce and tomato. Filled me up. Can't make it a habit, because of the price. Great for a treat every now and then.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Taste Good
Cons: None

Excellent. It is great that they have a list of how many carbs each item is so you can basically customize it with and no exactly how many carbs it is.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great Taste! Fast!
Cons: TOO much money for the amount you get

Hubbie loved it, but it is very small, and it costs alot more than I would like to pay. The tortilla is tasty.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Can Finally Eat a Sandwich Type Option Out
Cons: Same price as most footlongs - not fair

I always order the chicken blt wrap, but I drop the green peppers, onions and olives, as I don't like them, and add Lettuce, Tomato and Pickles. I also change the sauce to Chipotle rather than Ranch. I like the spicy taste.

I absolutely love the taste of these. The price is a little much for the size, in my opinion.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Tastes great!
Cons: Small for the price

Had the Chicken/Bacon and it was grrrreat! I was expecting a "Tortilla Factory"-like tortilla and was very pleased to find that Sub-Way's own is MUCH better. Not near as heavy and grainy tasting. While it was on the small size for the price, it was chocked full of fresh, delicious ingredients, including the dressing. Very adequate for a LC lunch. Guess I'm just spoiled from pre-LC days when a 6" sub (loaded) made 2 meals for me. LOL It's also great that you are not limited as to choices. You can order ANY sub-sandwich as a LC wrap. Major plus!

NOTE: If any of you have a Hometown Hero Sub Shop in your area, try their LC Sub. It is served on a delicious LC roll, just like a "real" sub sandwich. It's also cheaper!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Yummy
Cons: Small-ish

These wraps are great fun for fast food. I've had them once the entire year I've been doing atkins. People say they are small, and that's true, and their only downpoint. Judge for yourself if it's enough to fill you up.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Taste great
Cons: Kinda small

These were pretty good. I would get one again in a pinch, but they are kindof expensive for how small they are. Plus, the carbs are a little high for me (11 net) right now. Maybe later in maintenance?

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Taste
Cons: Price

These are very tasty and convenient when on the go. They will put anything on the wrap you want - not just low carb, so be careful. They advertise they can make any sandwich into a wrap or a salad. I prefer to make my own wraps at home. Usually if I'm at Subway I get a salad.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): great to have another place to go for lunch
Cons:

The wraps are great, and you can have them put what ever you want in it. I love having another place that I can go with the group at work for lunch and I just get my wrap.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): nice to have an option
Cons: made me sick

The wrap was doughy and "wet" and chewy, sat like a rock in my stomach, make me ill and I could not have naything else to eat all day. I will not eat one ever again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): fairly filling, great taste
Cons:

I have only tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and I found it very tasty. I always think it looks small and that it won't fill me up. But, I am always very satisfied when finished! Yum.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very yummy
Cons: a little pricy

Not sure of the price because I used a filled up card + 50 extra cents and I had to buy a pop to get a wrap. Not something that I would eat on a daily basis, but is nice to have once in a while when you don't feel like cooking!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): tasty
Cons: little more costly then a regular sandwich (I hate when they gouge lowcarbers)

These are good... I do have them put extra meat on it for a buck... it makes it even better. ( I know some said it was small ) It is good to have them for a change of pace.
