Allows me to control hunger and blood sugar while dieting. I use as part of the ExtendSnacks Around the Clock Glucose Control program. i have lost 10 lbs in a few weeks and am never hungry. I am simply eating 3 snacks a day between meals and walking. This is a very credible company as the product was invented by a former Presiden of the American Diabetes Association. I found the products at a great price at Netrition.com.
